Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of this specialty, Shawn is able to offer MEP's clients a unique expertise in renovation lending - a tremendous opportunity for borrowers who want to purchase properties that are in need of updating. He is also well-versed in conventional financing including Jumbo loans, FHA, VA, low-to-moderate income buyer programs, and refinance opportunities.

Because his expertise is not well-known or understood by most borrowers, Shawn looks forward to educating his customers in renovation lending. He is frequently involved in homebuyer seminars and enjoys helping buyers manage credit issues and navigate the path to homeownership.
