    LYNNFIELD, MA, December 20, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mortgage Equity Partners is very pleased to announce that as of November 20, Melissa Speer has officially joined the MEP team as Sales Manager. With over 30 years of mortgage banking experience, Melissa has vast experience in the mortgage industry, and is a thrilling addition to the firm. This marks an exciting time for Mortgage Equity Partners, as Melissa will focus specifically on developing new and current loan officers.

In her former role as a top-producing, record-breaking loan officer at HSBC Mortgage Corporation, Melissa grew the New England region to over 140 accounts. She was also named one of the Top 100 Employees in the United States and Canada for HSBC Bank in 2003, and was consistently rated a top national producer. Needless to say, Melissa is a knowledgeable, expert resource who is sure to help her loan officers be and become even more successful.

In her new position, Melissa will help expand Mortgage Equity Partner's "loan-officer centric" philosophy and will work to grow the sales team as she gets out into the marketplace. She will work in Sales under the direction of Amy Tierce, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and will utilize her knowledge of credit and collateral analysis, products, and problem-solving procedures to continue developing a strong team of Loan Officers.
