Dr. Theiss has serviced the Boulder community for over 10 years practicing Family Medicine. Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Theiss, a recipient of the 5280 Top Doctor title, received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point. She went on to earn her medical degree from University of Wisconsin- Madison Medical School, where she also completed her residency training in family medicine.

Dr. Theiss is board certified in Family Medicine, and therefore treats a very wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. These range from asthma, anxiety and depression disorders, allergies, and infections, to diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, skin disorders and menopausal conditions.

Dr. Theiss also enjoys the spectrum of pediatrics, aesthetics, nutrition therapy, health screening programs, and lifestyle counseling to help her patients make healthier life choices. As a long distance runner, she has keen interest in endurance athletes and sports injuries as well.
