FITT is currently providing one-page report of optimized exercise program for individual level based on exercise science data. Exercise tests allow personalized training and trainers can manage customer data more systematically and professionally. Furthermore, they are planning to provide services as a healthcare data platform that can collect and analyze fitness data and evaluate and predict health risks.
FITT is going to release treadmills and personal applications which will include FITT's exercise management solutions so far. It will provide not only tracking information such as athletic activity, but also analyzing exercise fitness data. With more than 14,000 fitness data, it will provide analysis of health fitness data based on exercise science. It has proven its science for many years by developing its own algorithm based on SCI-level international scholarly journals.
The application about to release, 'FITT CAM' is the first application released by FITT for pose analysis. Evaluation of motion and posture analysis, which has not been quantified at the athletic field, can be done together with the function of FMT (Functional Movement Test). An authority of FITT said, "Exercise should not be done until exhaustion, but in time and speed. We want to create a healthy culture based on exercise tests." He added, "We want to provide all possible healthcare services in the FITT platform."
On the other hand, 'FITT' stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type which are the four elements of exercise prescription. It aims for "The health and happiness of all people around the world through exercise" and it was established in October 2015 when young people from various fields gathered with a vision and expertise in exercise science.
