Smith, Managing Partner at Global Reach Capital, LLC

Frank Guzzetta comes with a legacy of retail expertise as a 30-year veteran of retail management. His past leadership experiences include leading Ralph Lauren Home as President, Macy's North as Chairman and CEO and Marshall Fields as President and CEO in addition to senior positions in buying and merchandising roles across multiple product categories within major department stores. Frank began his career working in India as part of a Small Business Development program for the Peace Corp and has continued his commitment of social responsibility by serving on various boards to lend his wealth of knowledge throughout his career. He brings a unique knowledge of building brands through social mission, holding positions on the Board of Directors with companies such as 10,000 Villages. Frank brings a wealth of experience in building businesses with a keen aesthetic eye to the Mela team.

William M. Smith has advised hundreds of apparel, retail, and consumer products companies on general strategic initiatives, M&A strategy, and capital structure. Mr. Smith is one of the leading investment bankers over the past twenty years focused exclusively on the consumer products and retail industry and is acknowledged as a market expert frequently cited for his vast financial and industry knowledge. He was the President of Financo, Inc, as well as Managing Director and Head of Kidder Peabody's retail investment banking group. He founded Global Reach Capital, LLC an early stage private equity firm investing in the consumer space. His knowledge of the intricacies and trends occurring in the consumer space will be a valuable resource to the Mela team.
