The new book is one of a series of eight books that address medical issues and make them understandable for young children. In this book Lucas, Felix's cousin, cannot swim because he has an ear infection. Fortunately, Felix and his magical medical instruments have a good solution to fight the bacteria responsible for this infection. This story reveals the secrets of otitis. This book will help children understand the issues surrounding earaches and will help them understand that suffering from otitis is normal for many people and is no cause for alarm. The book includes a quiz at the end to further the understanding of the child in regards to allergies.
