LOS ANGELES, CA, February 28, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Founded in 2010 by Adam Grossman and Mirza Ibrahimovic, bluTonic has agreed to acquire New York based COED Media Group as the first step in its initiative to acquire digital publishers and content producing companies. This is bluTonic's second major acquisition in recent years.
COED Media Group is a leading digital content publisher which owns a portfolio of 25+ websites including COED.com, BustedCoverage.com, and CollegeCandy.com. While COED's main focus has been producing unique and original content, it has also developed an easy to use and secure CMS platform for publishers which it licenses out for a low monthly cost.
As part of the acquisition, COED Media Group will continue to focus on content creation for its portfolio sites and its highly anticipated Connected TV channels.

Through various sales channels including its performance division, Tracsion, bluTonic has been able to increase earnings for its direct publishers by optimizing yield and generating advertiser demand through direct sales, Deal IDs, PMPs, and 3rd party ad sources.
