Cundy joined Concurrency in 2013 as a Senior Process Architect focused on helping clients improve their business operations through technology and business-process solutions tailored to their specific needs. In 2014, he became the solution lead of the firm's newly minted business and IT management area, joining together his background in strategic business planning and organizational change management with Concurrency's broad technology capabilities.
In his new role, Cundy will lead the Customer Success, Strategic Business, and Modern Management solution areas--helping clients establish customer-centric, value-driven solutions that leverage Microsoft and ServiceNow technologies.
