Bringing to AAM over 20 years of property management and real estate experience, Ruland's industry expertise ranges from HOA/Condominium, multifamily and commercial management to real estate sales. Prior to joining AAM and relocating to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Ruland served as a Regional Vice President for another management firm where she was instrumental in both the office start-up and continual growth. Additionally, she holds the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
