The 5-acre site will break ground in December 2018 and has an expected completion date of March 2020.

Oaks at Aiken Assisted Living & Memory Care will be located at 3340 Whiskey Road, just South of Chukker Creek Road. This community will offer service to residents of Aiken, and surrounding areas including, but not limited to Warrenville, Wood Valley, New Ellenton and Montmorenci.

The two-story craftsman-style community will become home to around 80 seniors, bring 55+ jobs to Aiken, and feature 44 assisted living apartments and 24 memory care apartments.
