The Parent Coaching Institute Announces New Independent Study Option for Parent Coach Certification® Training

    BELLEVUE, WA, April 07, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Parent Coaching Institute announces the launch of an Independent Study Option for busy professionals whose schedule doesn't allow them to commit to monthly cohort participation. Candidates may apply at anytime throughout the year.

PCI, founded by internationally known education expert, speaker and author Gloria DeGaetano, is giving shape to a burgeoning industry and creating new opportunities for family support professionals desiring to add a research-based coaching model to their tool chest.

"Families are struggling to cope with the stresses of our increasingly complex society, and effective coaching is proving to help families flourish because it addresses unique needs with specific, personalized strategies."

Using evidence-based strategies and a well-researched framework for communication and analysis, PCI Certified Parent Coaches work with families in a strength-based approach, helping them resolve parenting challenges. In addition to working with parents directly PCI coaches offer their services to agencies, schools and businesses.
