SPL Appoints Jeff Hibbeler As Chief Executive Officer

    HOUSTON, TX, August 14, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- SPL, an industry leader in hydrocarbon measurement, analysis, and allocation services, has appointed Jeff Hibbeler as Chief Executive Officer of SPL.

Mr. Hibbeler will provide day-to-day management and leadership of the Company. He will also be responsible for the company's financial objectives, strategic direction and technology expansion. Part of the new direction will be a focus on organic growth in the highly active US Shale Basins where our clients are seeing a historic demand for production services.

Prior to joining SPL, Mr. Hibbeler spent 30 years in the energy industry, working with some of the world's most influential companies, such as Mitchell Energy, BJ Services Company and Halliburton. Most recently, Mr. Hibbeler was founder and CEO of Independence Oilfield Chemicals, a private equity-backed startup in The Woodlands, Texas.
