WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, August 30, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ETMA, the Enterprise Technology Management Association (formerly TEMIA), announces three nominees for its Giving Back award: Cimpl, G Squared Wireless, and Valicom. This award shines a spotlight on the nominees, their charitable and philanthropic efforts, positive community impact, and inspiration of others through community service.
The Giving Back, Best Practices, and Innovation of the Year awards support ETMA's mission of promoting the values of technology and telecommunications management and enhancing the category image for its members.
"At Cimpl, we are committed to having a positive impact on our community in multiple causes that are close to our people, said Christopher Thierry, President of Cimpl. Our long standing participation in the Big Bike for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada is just one of those events that our incredible social committee organizes and helps promote a company culture of family & fun."
Charlie Yielding, CEO of G Squared Wireless said, "We believe it is important to work to improve the lives of younger generations. That is why G Squared partners with the Nashville Technology Council to host "A Day in the Life" events for underprivileged teenagers. The groups are invited to come and see what it is like to work in the IT world by touring our office and talking with myself and other employees. G Squared Wireless' employees love exposing those young minds to new things by sharing their experiences as young adults that have transitioned into professionals with a career path. We look forward to expanding the ways we give time to the community."
"At Mobile Solutions, we are incredibly proud of all the success we have achieved. But for us, the true value is when that success is shared. We believe that strong communities are created through a combined effort. So, we have always made it a priority to give back, and each of our team's lives that out, volunteering their time and resources to improve the lives of everyone involved." and Kim and Jim Johnson, Co-Founders of Mobile Solutions.
"This year's nominees have impressive community service activities like Granite our award winner from last year, said Joe Basili, Managing Director of ETMA. Basili added, "The presentations will be inspirational. They share common themes with giving back and community service as part of the DNA and fabric of ETMA members."
• ETMA members are encouraged to submit award nominations by the August 31 deadline.
• Three categories for the awards include

ETMA's executive board has prepared a full agenda for the upcoming September 24-26 conference in Philadelphia.
