PEMBROKE PINES, FL, August 31, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Southeast Florida Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) announces its 2018 Expo and Day of Education, titled 'Communities in Paradise', and will feature eight (8) hours of CEUs for licensed CAMS, 80 booths on the Expo Hall floor and exciting door prizes and raffles.
The courses offered will meet Florida Continuing Education credit requirements for licensed Community Association Managers. The education portion is also open to Community Association Board Members and Homeowners who want to get the most up-to-date information on a variety of topics affecting Community Associations and their property values. Already announced is the 2019 Legal Update course, which will be presented by the law firm of Siegfried, Rivera, Hyman, Lerner, De La Torre, Mars& Sobel, P.A. The Division of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) and The Broward County Property Appraisers (BCPA) office will both be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance.
The Trade Show floor showcases the latest technologies, solutions, products and services in one convenient marketplace benefitting condominiums, homeowners associations, cooperative associations, individual homeowners, community association managers and property managers. You'll also learn more about how CAI benefits your community, business and/or management company.
