WILMINGTON, NC, September 06, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- For nearly everybody, death is a primary fear. For many of us, this fear and sense of dread stem from our lack of knowledge about an event we will certainly face. In the past, faith was the only thing that could provide us with any sense of reassurance whatsoever. But now, thanks to modern science, we have real hope based on scientific evidence.
What if we could find peace of mind in the face of inevitable death? What if we could gain assurance that a world of light and a Being of Light awaits us when we die? As the title of Bernard Fleury's book suggests, 'Near-Death Experience: Out of The Darkness Into The Light' is an account of the near-death experience that presents a sweeping overview of what this experience is - as reported by leading researchers in several major studies.
The near-death experience has been documented at length and in detail in hundreds of books. Fleury agrees with Melvin Morse M.D., that near-death experiences are simply natural signs (not paranormal) that many scientists continue to ignore.
"Until October 2, 2015 my study of near-death experiences was primarily centered on the research of Raymond Moody M.D., Melvin Morse M.D., Pim Van Lommel M.D., Kenneth Ring Ph.D., and Bruce Greyson M.D., who developed a list of nine stages of the near-death experience," Fleury stated. "That list, plus Eadie's Twelve Stages/Points in her personal near-death experience was the focus of my focused search for the light in the near-death experience."
"Then I came across J. Steve Miller's website. I saw his book, 'Near-Death Experiences As Evidence For The Existence Of God And Heaven'. He related vividly detailed stories from Dr. Pim van Lommel's resuscitated patients in a Dutch Hospital regarding their trips to the other side. These are included in the ebook.
"During the same search to update my near-death information I found a researcher I was totally unacquainted with, P.M.H. Atwater who had been actively engaged in near-death research since 1978. She used an interview technique based on police investigations learned from her father. There are 3,000 adult experiencers and 277 child experiencers in her research base. This is covered in Chapter Two. She discovered four distinctive patterns of the near-death experience.
"I wrote this book as part of the Called into Life by the Light Series of five e-Books/Audio Books that present the phenomenon of light in the various ways it enters human life and experience. This e-Book/Audio Book presents the ways that a near-death experience that involves light affects the experiencer's life forever."
Nearly all of Bernard's books center squarely on the theme of Light as a Someone and a Something. He believes we are all Called Into Life By The Light. Life and Light are tied together. Lifelight describes their relationship best because both our "without" (our physical being) and our "within" (our spirit) are basically light in two different forms:
1. Physical energy that occupies space, has weight, can be measured, and
2. Psychic or spiritual energy which is a force that causes things to happen and, thus, real energy, but it does not occupy space, have weight, nor can it be empirically measured.
Fleury has received high praise for his work from readers and reviewers. His 'Light' book series has received numerous 5-star rated reviews. He was chosen as one of '50 Great Writers You Should Be Reading' in the 2017 Book Awards. That honor came as a result of his appearance on The Authors Show. He was chosen from a field of hundreds of authors through a public voting process.
