WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA, September 10, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- ETMA, the Enterprise Technology Management Association (formerly TEMIA), announces that Cyber Reef Solutions, Ezwim and MDSL are nominees for the industry Innovation of the Year Award. The selection criteria include: how the value proposition is being fulfilled and validated in the marketplace, the degree of innovation, and market response from clients.
Nominations will be presented at the Revolution of Connected Technologies ETMA conference September 24 to 26 in Philadelphia. The Innovation of the Year, Best Practices, and Giving Back, awards support ETMA's mission of promoting technology, telecommunications management, and enhancing the category image for its members. Members will cast one vote for each award to determine the winners. Competitors, who will be determining the winner, are the toughest critics. They also are best positioned to determine which organizations truly exemplify the award criteria.
"We carefully examine market trends and work closely with clients to evolve our solutions to meet their most pressing needs in managing today's global technology environments," said Mark Bellingham, Director of Product Management at MDSL. "Providing new ways to address the complex quote-to-procurement process has been a point of emphasis for us over the past year. It's a testament to the innovative nature of our employees, from sales understanding of the market through product management and development to ultimately deliver a solution that helps elevate the technology expense management market as a whole."
"As eBonding and API's become more prevalent in the IT marketplace, many ETMA members are challenged with finding the time, budget, and technical expertise to fully realize eBonding benefits, including better SLA performance, eliminating errors caused by swivel-chair order-handling, and reducing their cost of human capital," said David Sonenstein, Executive Director at Ezwim. "As dedicated back-office providers to the ETMA membership body, Ezwim, Guerra Wilson Group, and our carrier partners are excited to submit (and announce) our eBonding-as-a-Service capability for Innovation of the Year. This new offering allows any organization to quickly connect to our API portfolio regardless of their technical expertise to deliver better service experiences to their clients while reducing internal operating costs."
"According to our data, the average corporate end user consumes over 6GB per month on their mobile device. By 2020, that number will have risen to over 15GB, largely fueled by the emergence of 5G networks. About 75% of corporate paid-for data consumption is for non-business purposes, with social media and real-time media making up the majority. Simultaneously, unsecured corporate mobile data traffic is increasingly at risk from an endless array of new cyber threats," says CyberReef Solutions Chief Revenue Officer, Aric Philipson. "CyberReef's patent-pending Secure Mobile Private Networking in the cloud and Data Control for Business solve all of these challenges in a unique and cost-effective way. Whether you want to reduce data consumption, lower mobility costs, extend your WAN internet use policy to mobile, or even gain visibility into your data traffic, we can help."
ETMA's executive board has prepared a full agenda for the upcoming September 24-26 conference in Philadelphia. The speakers and panelists will address the conference theme of The Revolution of Connected Technologies. In addition to networking activities and great information from presenters, the awards will showcase important industry developments.
