WEST PALM BEACH, FL, September 13, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- High school and college students, pursuing a career in the business, sign graphics, and visual communications industries, will be attending Sign Manufacturing Day on Friday, Oct. 5, at the Signarama corporate office, 2121 Vista Parkway, West Palm Beach. The four-hour event, beginning at 9:45 a.m., is an excellent way for the next wave of young entrepreneurs to gain insight from knowledgeable experts and learn more about the multi-billion-dollar signage industry.
"The event is special not only because it's an excellent learning experience for all the attendees, but it is also a great networking event because it helps build solid relationships with high schools, colleges, and technical schools that have students interested in the sign business," said A.J. Titus, president of Signarama. "The industry is constantly evolving and growing, and with the emergence of 3D digital printing capabilities for car, boat, and vehicle wraps, the sky is the limit."
In addition to President Titus, Roger Ewart, vice president of Operations for Signarama, and Craig Campbell, director of strategic initiatives for the International Sign Association, will also be in attendance. Signarama Professional Trainer, Chris Reeves, will conduct a demonstration on the use of machinery in the sign-making process, and attendees will have an opportunity to make their own individual signs. As an added benefit, franchisees from South Florida will also be in attendance, providing students with valuable information gained from personal experiences in the industry.
The International Sign Association in partnership with the National Association of Manufacturers is sponsoring the event.
