LOUISVILLE, KY, October 05, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Fifty new Ken Thieneman homes are being built in Orell Station, a Louisville community bordering the Ohio River near Dixie Highway. Ken Thieneman said the project has been in the works for several years and his team is excited to see it underway.
"We first purchased the property in 2008," Thieneman said. "Once the recession hit, getting loans for development was a real challenge for builders. We've been ready to break ground for a decade, and we are very pleased to finally be bringing additional homes to the Orell community."
Thieneman said the loan came from Stock Yards Bank & Trust, and that he'll be announcing the availability of these homes soon.
Orell is located between Valley Station and Valley Village in southwest Louisville. Thieneman said that interest in these homes has been high for a long time and that the South End community will see plenty of benefits from the building of the subdivision.
"When you have this many homes being built in a community, you see a boost for businesses, restaurants, retailers and schools," Thieneman said. "We know that folks are looking forward to this development. It's an exciting time for us and Orell Station."
Thieneman has been in the building business for nearly 30 years and has built over 1000 homes in that time. His father started building homes in the 1950's, and while much has changed since then, Thieneman says that his father's mission of offering people a great experience finding a home they love is still the thing that drives him.
"For me, this business has always been about serving others," he said. "We offer a personal experience where our goal is to make home buyers happy. If the process is rewarding for our clients, then we've done our job."
Thieneman has built homes in several Louisville communities, including Greenwood Meadows, Wilke Ridge, Lower River Road, Pavilion Park and Pinnacle Place.
Ken Thieneman has been building homes in Louisville for almost three decades, establishing a reputation for building beautiful, high-quality homes that last. To learn more about buying a Ken Thieneman home, visit his website http://kenthienemanbuilder.com/
