"Oien's experience automating the conversion of emails to leads fits nicely with Aptly's mission to provide a CRM solution that eliminates endless data entry."
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, October 09, 2018 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Aptly, multifamily's first customer relationship management (CRM) and resident satisfaction tool powered by artificial intelligence, has announced the addition of Jon Oien to the engineering team. Oien was the chief technologist of Lead2Lease (acquired by RealPage in 2010) and developed multifamily's first standard for Lead Management now part of MITS (Multifamily Information and Transactions Standards), a free common standard provided by NMHC (National Multifamily Housing Committee).
"The multifamily industry has traditionally thought of CRM in terms of converting new leads to leases, an interaction that's been primarily between a leasing agent and a potential resident," said Oien. "With the industry shifting their focus towards renewals and the overall resident experience, the leasing process is no longer a one-to-one interaction between these two parties. The timing is perfect for a relationship focused CRM that involves the entire property team."
"We are thrilled to have Jon Oien join our team" said Aptly's CTO Adam Silverthorne. "Oien's experience automating the conversion of emails to leads fits nicely with Aptly's mission to provide a CRM solution that eliminates endless data entry."
Today, most critical relationship building activity happens in the inboxes of property teams. Traditional CRM solutions force users to learn a new unfamiliar interface and don't unlock the valuable relationship building conversations that are siloed in the inboxes of your property teams. Aptly is the multifamily industry's first CRM built right in the inbox enabling the effortless capture of communication across entire property teams, with collaboration tools that facilitate relationship building and rapid responses to leasing inquiries, renewals and everything in-between.
Aptly is announcing new features at NMHC OPTECH, November 14-16, 2018. Come see us at booth #330 to learn more about how your teams can thrive in the new relationship era.
