California Drywall Promotes Ryan Tiru as Vice President of Business Strategy

Mr. Tiru's vast experience in the industry spans tenant improvements to large ground-up facilities. His expertise as an accomplished pre-construction leader has made him a valued asset in schematic and design phases of projects for our clients. Mr. Tiru takes a genuine interest in our client's needs and works strategically, thinks outside the box, and strives for exceeding client expectations. His engagement has led to stronger relationships for current and future work for our clients.

In 1946, Leonard Eckstrom, a salesman for United States Gypsum, saw a bright future in a product called drywall. Grabbing that opportunity, he opened California Drywall in the Santa Clara Valley. The company began by installing and finishing drywall to residential properties, including the innovative Eichler homes of the 1960s. Decades later we continue to be family-centric, although our family has grown.
