Alsco and The Sports Shop Host Team Up to Deliver Relief to Alabama Tornado Victims
Raleigh community calls for donations

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, March 15, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The recent tornadoes that hit southern Alabama have caused significant hardship and loss of life. To assist victims, Alsco is partnering with Erroll Reese, host and executive producer of The Sports Shop talk show based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The Sports Shop is broadcast on Sports Radio 99.9 The Fan, Raleigh's leader in sports programming and flagship for the Carolina Panthers, the Carolina Hurricanes and ESPN Radio.
Alsco's Raleigh branch has donated the use of one of its delivery trucks and is collecting donations until the end of this week. Alsco will transport donations to the affected communities. Donations are being accepted at the following location:

In addition to helping the many tornado victims, Alsco wanted to also show personal support for Reese because he lost family members in the disaster.
"We at Alsco want to stand by our partners in their time of need," said Freddy Morton, general manager of the Alsco Raleigh branch. "And, with so many people facing such significant loss, we wanted to be able to do something that could help alleviate some of their suffering and show that we are thinking of them."
Reese said, "I want to thank the entire Raleigh community for the donations they have provided for my family and me during this time of need. I appreciate Alsco providing one of their service trucks to help coordinate delivery of the donations."
