The concept at its core is depicting a sun that previously imploded in its own sadness now becoming supernova and rebirthing itself, devouring everything in a fiery, destructive wrath.
CARDIFF, WALES, March 21, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Alternative rock musician and LGBTQ author Corporate Christ releases the second single from his forthcoming album: The Death of a Dying Star. Titled Palestine, it is what he describes as a "twisted love song". He references the sadness he felt growing up in Wales, and uses Palestine as a metaphor for his ideal man. From the cloudy skies of Wales to the sunshine of a downtrodden Palestine, the song is an unashamed ode to being rescued by somebody who can empathise with the struggles he has experienced, including his battle with Schizophrenia and the suicide of his ex-partner.
Palestine is released on 21st March 2019 through all major digital platforms, and the album is scheduled for release later in 2019.
Corporate Christ says that the new album The Death of a Dying Star marks a new era for him. The concept at its core is depicting a sun that previously imploded in its own sadness now becoming supernova and rebirthing itself, devouring everything in a fiery, destructive wrath. So far, he says the album sees a return to his unique brand of electronic based alternative rock following on from the EP "Adam Kadmon: When The Heart Implodes", which was effectively a prequel to this full length work.
The name Corporate Christ is a critique on western society where the pursuit of money is almost dogmatic, and religion itself, he feels, is in a lot of cases simply a way to extort money out of the poor.
