Painted Tree Marketplace Picks Ackerman Retail as Exclusive Representative for Expansion in Southeast U.S.

    ATLANTA, GA, May 17, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Home decor retailer Painted Tree Marketplace has selected Ackerman Retail, a division of Ackerman & Co., as its exclusive representative for its expansion in the Southeast U.S. Painted Tree currently operates five locations across Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas.

Ackerman Retail Executive Vice President Brian Lefkoff will spearhead tenant representation services on behalf of Painted Tree. The retailer is targeting major suburban trade areas offering highly visible, free-standing options and anchor locations in power centers. Store footprints will range in size from 30,000 to 40,000 square feet.

Painted Tree Marketplace is a creative community of hundreds of shops selling everything from jewelry, vintage finds and apparel to bath and body products, furnishings, arts and crafts, and baby gifts. The store also emphasizes experiential shopping, offering a variety of workshops and demonstrations for the "DIY" home renovator.
