"Call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if you can prove your employer is overbilling the federal government in a significant way, and or billing the federal government for services never rendered."
WASHINGTON, DC, June 05, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center say, "We are urging a manager or employee of any type of company doing business with the federal government to call them anytime at 866-714-6466 if they can prove their employer is overbilling the federal government in a significant way, and or billing the federal government for services never rendered. In one recent instance a whistleblower received over $4 million dollars for exposing their employer's involvement in a scheme to overbill the GSA. In this instance the company was fined $21.570.000 million dollars. We want to emphasize it could be any type of company, university or organization." http://CorporateWhistleblower.Com
On May 13th, 2019 the Department of Justice announced a settlement with a company doing business with the federal government and alleged they knowingly provided false information concerning its commercial discounting practices for its products and services to resellers, who then used that false information in negotiations with GSA for government-wide contracts called "Multiple Award Schedule contracts."
Under these contracts, GSA uses commercial pricing disclosures to negotiate the maximum prices that a vendor can charge government agencies. Allegedly false disclosures caused GSA to agree to less favorable pricing, and, ultimately, government purchasers to be overcharged. The settlement also resolves allegations the company caused sales to the United States in violation of the Trade Agreement's Act, which restricts the country of origin for goods purchased by the government.
The Corporate Whistleblower Center wants to emphasize they welcome the opportunity to talk with the following types of whistleblowers:
* An employee of any type of company providing services to the Department of Defense that is involved in any type of scheme to over-bill or defraud the government in a significant way.
* An employee/manager of a company providing services to the US Department of Energy who has proof their employer is overbilling the government-or billing for services never rendered. (Example- Nuclear Reservation Hanford, Washington)
* An employee of a university or research facility that is accepting federal research grant money for research that never happens-or they create research results with made up facts.
* An employee of a supplier of services or equipment/material to the General Services Administration that is gouging the GSA on pricing or supplying the GSA with equipment or parts made in countries such as China that are banned from supplying the US Government with equipment or parts.
According to the Corporate Whistleblower Center, "If you work for any type of company that is overbilling the federal government for equipment, or for services never rendered please call us anytime at 866-714-6466 and let's have a confidential conversation about whistleblower rewards. Why sit on a potentially huge winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth?" http://CorporateWhistleblower.Com
Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you want to become a whistleblower: The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It's a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information either. Any type of public revelation of a whistleblower's information could destroy the prospect for a reward. Please do not try to force any kind of company that makes defective products or is involved in defrauding or over-billing the federal government for work not done-to come clean about their wrongdoing.
The Corporate Whistleblower Center is the premier advocate for whistleblowers in the United States. Unlike any group in the US, they will assist a potential whistleblower with packaging their information and providing the whistleblower with access to some of the most skilled whistleblower attorneys in the nation-provided the whistleblower's information is adequate.
