ROCKVILLE, MD, June 06, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Chevo Consulting, LLC (Chevo) is proud to announce the award of another Prime Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for Program Management Services for the IRS Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). Chevo is one of nine awardees on the IRS Information Technology-Enterprise Program Management Support Services (IT-EPMSS) contract vehicle.
This new, 5-year BPA—valued at over $1 Billion—will provide the IRS program management support for successful project planning, management, and execution of enterprise-level IT programs to assist the IRS IT EPMO in its mission to monitor and manage IT spending and delivery. The scope of this BPA is across 18 task areas, to include Program and Project Management, Change Management, Release Management, Program and Technical Integration, Business Analysis, Requirements Management, Change Management, and Organizational Readiness as well as to facilitate support between the EPMO and its supporting delivery partners within the IRS. The programs in the IRS IT EPMO are major, complex programs involving numerous stakeholders, a diverse set of tasks and task owners, management of a complex delivery schedules, and ongoing reporting requirements to oversight organizations.
Chevo—with its partners—will be providing the IRS a full complement of Program Management and Integration services, navigating numerous complex requirements so IT EPMO programs meet critical milestones and achieve its mission in delivering IT services.
