In 2018, Valesky Barosy became the youngest Regional Vice President, doing over $3.6 millions in sales, and he is currently the youngest Executive Vice President projected to do over 6 million dollars
MIAMI, FL, June 25, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- They say immigrants are some of the hardest workers in The Unites States. And if there is someone that exemplifies what it means to work hard, Valesky Barosy is the perfect example.
Mr. Barosy isn't your typical immigrant, he's far from it. The sharp and charismatic Haitian immigrant is on a mission to revolutionize the multi-billion-dollar credit repair industry by bringing a solution to one of the biggest problems Americans faced nowadays, financial illiteracy.
Driven by a lofty goal to create an opportunity for its clients to bring their credit scores up so they can enjoy the perks of it, this entrepreneur is building a brand that has changed the course of the credit restoration, his partners, and above all, his clients.
Valesky Barosy moved to The United States from Haiti about 7 years ago.
After attending high school in Miami, Mr. Barosy started to work full time at Walmart for $8.75 per hour.
After working there for 8 months, getting paid on Thursday morning and being broke by Thursday night, he decided to start looking for other opportunities. That's when at the age of 19 a friend gave him a call to invite him to take a look at a business opportunity so he could potentially raise money to go to college.
"I literally had $5 dollars in my pocket and my old roasted 2002 Mustang was on a quarter of a tank and I had to drive from Hollywood to West Palm Beach which is about one hour drive to meet with him," he explained.
That day, Mr. Barosy started dreaming again when he saw the lifestyle the people who were successful at that venture were living. But what stood out the most to him was the moment one of the partners approached him to say something that would change his perspective and life forever, "at the end you don't have to be great, you just have to get started."
A week later, he borrowed money, and embarked himself on a journey to success. This was the lightbulb moment that sparked Mr. Varosy's path.
In 2017, he became the youngest and fastest growing vice president in the company at the age of 22 doing a minimum of $1.2 millions in sales his first year.
In 2018, Valesky Barosy became the youngest Regional Vice President in the company doing over $3.6 millions in sales, and he is currently the youngest executive vice president projected to do over 6 million dollars in sales.
"It's been a great journey. Being able to build a team of over 5 thousand distributors nationwide, mentor dozens of people to six figures and 100's of people to be job free is something that I thought it was only in my dreams. Since then my life has never been the same. I have been able to travel the world , spend time with my family back home in Haiti and help my parents," added Mr. Barosy.
But his journey wasn't without hurdles. At the beginning he had to overcome many obstacles, and also fight his own insecurities.
"When I started my own business, my main problem was creating momentum and enrolling people into my vision because I was a young immigrant with little English, no influence, and zero experience running a business but with a lot of work and persistence I grew an organization from zero to over 6 million dollars," added Mr. Barosy.
Even with his resounding success thus far, Valesky Barosy is motivated to keep growing and innovating, while sustaining the DNA of the company he's a part of. He wants to create a better world, and it starts with giving more opportunities to people that want to do good.
And if this Haitian Entrepreneur has something clear, is this:
When it comes to success and coming out on top, the solution lies in always looking for ways to grow and become a better leader.
Because at the end of the day, nothing in the world can take the place of persistence.
