NEW YORK, NY, July 01, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Gloria Feldt, co-founder and president of Take The Lead (https://www.taketheleadwomen.com), will co-host a new podcast series – "Take The Lead Women" – set to debut on July 25. Adapted from Take The Lead's popular monthly "Virtual Happy Hour" webcast, hosted by Feldt and SheMedia's Vice President of Video Programming Reshma Gopaldas, episodes will feature conversations with top thought leaders in key areas of women's leadership. Along with bi-weekly 30-40-minute interview podcasts, the series will feature two shorter episodes each month with powerful leadership stories and impactful tips from Feldt.
The series, which reflects Take the Lead's mission to inspire women and showcase role models, will be available on all leading platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts and Spotify. It complements the nonprofit's training and coaching services for organizations and individuals, with the goal of achieving gender parity in leadership by 2025.
Feldt, a nationally recognized authority on gender parity and women's leadership, and co-host Gopaldas will speak with guests on a range of subjects, such as how mothers can succeed at work and beyond, getting paid what you deserve, why building an LGBTQ-inclusive culture is critical and creating a better world for girls.
"Wherever I go, I've been asked to start a podcast, so I'm thrilled about this launch," says Feldt. "Our goal is to address the needs of women looking for tools and inspiration to advance their careers. And because we know how busy they are, we're offering short episodes chockful of role models who let us see what we can be, as well as insights to expand women's ability to embrace their power. Take The Lead Women's audience will walk away with actionable information that they can immediately implement in their own lives."
"I'm delighted to share my interviews with so many fabulous people in this podcast," Feldt adds. Featured guests include:
