Charles Van Horn Appointed Leadership Role for Marriott Data Breach Case

In this role, Van Horn joined a 5-person team representing financial institution plaintiffs. Mr. Van Horn represents financial institutions in all types of disputes, including data breach and cyber-related issues. Van Horn also handles a significant number of cases involving fraudulent conveyance claims and has tried such claims to jury verdict.
