His 2nd album under his new stage name Joe Empire, will be released on all digital platforms. Positive Impact

In June 2019, inspirational-artist, Joe Empire released "The Prodigal Son" Vol. I. The new album "Intimate Inspirations" Vol. I, will also feature additional talent, high-energy, sultry vocals of Stephanie Soul "Special" + Virgie Harris "Wonder Woman" + "Beautiful" both flawlessly encapsulate the neo-soul movement. Empire's musical style is "undeniable", a rap-infused jazz- flavor, which is flanked by featured artists, such as Louis Heard III (vocals), Paul Rogers on Saxophone. "Soulmate" is a cold track!

You will hear elements of his Los Angeles roots, where he first began his musical career. While in LA, he formed a bond with Sean "Barney Rubble" Thomas (remix-vocals) "Wonder Woman". Joe learned to produce, write and rap early on. "The rap game has drastically changed", says Empire. "We are losing a lot of people in these streets over mindless, and senseless crimes". It's time, someone stood up, with a positive voice, to become a catalyst for change, to help our youth understand, it's okay to be cool, have swag, do the right thing, and still have a relationship with God!!"

One of the reasons, he left the rap game, back in 1995, he was signed with Death Row, his then group Rhythm and Knowledge was before its time. The world was not ready for their message. The experience was not positive, Empire felt, he didn't have real input. Until, The Lord told him "do what he did for the world". Now armed with a renewed vision, and street-banging beats, he knew, he had a gift the world needs to hear.

This album is paying tribute to our culture. Reverencing our women as Queens. Viewing our men as Kings, having a firm understanding about our culture, our heritage and who we are as a people. We must learn to celebrate our differences, instead of being influenced towards hate, murder, and other ills this world has to offer.
