Rose joins Enable from U.K.-based building materials wholesaler Travis Perkins plc, where he spent 16 years in a range of finance director and transformation programme director roles.
Travis Perkins was one of the first customers of Enable's deal management software platform, DealTrack, and Rose has had direct input into the development of the product.
