Pardee Homes Inland Empire Division Receives Two Icon Awards From the BIA of San Diego County

The four-person new home advisor team at Pardee Homes' Centennial master-planned community in Menifee was named the BIA Sales Team of the Year for homes under $1 million.

The new home advisor team of Derek Cruz, Matthew Green, Nyla Sterling and Justin Taylor work together to sell four neighborhoods at Centennial. The Plan 1 home at Newpark at Centennial was honored with an ICON Award for Best Architectural Design of a Detached Home up to 3,000 square feet.

The annual awards ceremony honors the building industry's most outstanding builder, trade and design professionals from throughout San Diego and South Riverside Counties.
