Founded in 1999 by Clayton Fisher, Aeroseal is a family-owned and operated exterior improvement contractor based in Jessup, Maryland. Clayton started Aeroseal to fill what he observed to be a market need for tenant in place window replacement services for multi-family properties.
Clayton built the business on strong personal relationships and a commitment to exceed customer expectations on every project. Within two years, Clayton brought in his two sons, Matt and Zach, to help him run the growing business. Matt Fisher played a key role in developing the sales team and operational capabilities of the company. Over the past 20 years, Aeroseal has established itself as a leading provider of turn-key commercial window replacement and storefront services.
Looking back at the challenges of building a company from the ground up, Clayton explained, "The biggest driver of success has been finding the right people who understand and are committed to the Company's mission, goals and path to success." Ultimately, building a strong team has been the cornerstone of the business.

To help guide the growing company in its next phase of development, John Coakley was brought on board as CEO in 2017. Aeroseal's strategy is to broaden both its service offerings and geographic coverage to provide turn-key solutions to customers across their entire property portfolios. As part of this effort, Aeroseal recently expanded Storefront services to the New England market, introduced a National Accounts program to service key customers nationwide, and currently is expanding its window replacement services business into the Southeast.
