"The ecosystem started as a wall in our office where companies could place their logos when they came to visit with our team," said Jonathan Kestenbaum, Co-Founder & Managing Director at TTL.
NEW YORK, NY, October 30, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Talent Tech Labs (TTL) -- the preeminent research firm for leaders in talent acquisition -- announced the launch of Ecosystem 8.0, an industry-acclaimed roadmap for assessing talent acquisition (TA) technologies.
Updated for 2019, the "Talent Acquisition Technology Ecosystem" is a visual representation of what is a crowded marketplace. At a glance, TA leaders can see the width and breadth of the TA landscape and quickly identify what technologies are available to solve specific recruiting challenges. Furthermore, TA leaders can do a deep dive into specific verticals and sub-verticals, allowing for more granular insights.
"Talent Tech Labs is the Library of Congress for TA platforms, so they're uniquely positioned to quickly make recommendations on the best fit tech for my company or my clients," said Andrew Levy, Partner of TA Consulting at Employera. "What hooked me initially was Talent Tech Lab's TA Tech Ecosystem. It blew my mind the first time I saw it and remains my go-to resource when I'm assessing the TA tech landscape. It's simple, yet in-depth and truly a 'must-have' for every TA leader thinking about upgrading their technology stack."
Over 2,000 vendors were independently surveyed and only a quarter were selected to be featured in the Ecosystem. Vendors can't pay to be in the Ecosystem nor request to be placed in a specific vertical or sub-vertical. The research and categorization are done independently by TTL. The goals of offering this roadmap free of charge to the public are: (1) give recognition to companies that are proactively innovating and improving the state of the art in recruitment; (2) provide buyers with the information they need to make informed decisions; and (3) provide more transparency in a market that can be difficult to navigate.
"The ecosystem started as a wall in our office where companies could place their logos when they came to visit with our team. It's inspiring to see how it has evolved over the last six years," said Jonathan Kestenbaum, Co-Founder & Managing Director at Talent Tech Labs. "The Ecosystem is just the tip of the iceberg. TTL offers an extensive research library where members can zero in on specific technologies and learn all about their features, functions, and capabilities."
