"If you are a MD and you possess proof your employer or a healthcare service provider is paying kickbacks for admissions, procedures or products please call us anytime to discuss possible rewards.
WASHINGTON, DC, November 27, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are one of the top sources in the nation when it comes to Stark Act-Anti Kickback issues and we are appealing to a medical doctor to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if they possess proof a drug company, a medical device maker or a hospital/surgical center is paying kickbacks for their products or services. Recently a few whistleblowers with this exact type of information received $3.4 million dollars for their information. The reason we are so aggressive about Stark Act violations is because we are certain these practices are occurring in every state-as we would like to discuss." https://CorporateWhistleblower.Com
The Department of Justice announced recently that a medical center agreed to pay $20.25 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations that they knowingly submitted false claims to federal healthcare programs resulting from violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and medically unnecessary spinal surgeries. The Anti-Kickback Statute prohibits offering, paying, soliciting, or receiving remuneration to induce referrals of items or services covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and other federally funded programs. The whistleblowers in this instance will receive $3.4 million of the settlement proceeds.
The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "If you are a healthcare professional and you possess proof your employer or a healthcare service provider is paying kickbacks for admissions, procedures or products please call us anytime at 866-714-6466 for a discussion about whistleblower rewards. Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a major whistleblower. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It's a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower's information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company or individual to come clean on Stark Anti-Kickback Laws or overbilling Medicare. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it's sufficient, we will help find the right law firms to assist in advancing your information."
The Corporate Whistleblower Center is the premier advocate for whistleblowers in the United States. Unlike any group in the US, they can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging their information to make it more valuable and they will provide the whistleblower with access to some of the most accomplished whistleblower attorneys in the nation-provided the whistleblower's information is adequate. For more information, a potential whistleblower can contact the Corporate Whistleblower Center anytime at 866-714-6466 or they can contact the group via their website. https://CorporateWhistleblower.Com
