The Super Board process, facilitated by Rick Cottrell, CEO of BizResults.com, is laser focused on helping small to mid-sized companies accelerate growth through proven peer advisory practices.
Cottrell said members receive the tools and disciplines necessary to help them break through the ceiling and get their businesses to the next level of success.
"Members are from non-competitive industries and are bound by mutual confidentiality. The process includes a monthly ½ day peer advisory board meeting preceded by an individual executive session. The group works together to solve problems and challenges, they share best practices and help each other identify and execute on potential opportunities," Cottrell said.
The Super Board meetings are held monthly. The Board wants to add a few more members before it closes out participation.
