The time has come for Platform-based Integration and Unification of Digital Therapeutics and Digital Navigation Programs to enable soups to nuts digital transformation
NEW YORK, NY, December 04, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Today at Clinically Validated Digital Therapeutics Conference in Boston, leaders from payers, health systems, life sciences, FDA, and digital therapeutics companies are converging to speak about emerging evidence and relevance of digital therapeutics (DTx).
The Rx.Health team is invited to speak about how a platform approach can enable the launching of disparate DTx from EHRs and payer systems to support the entire DTx ecosystem from dissemination and onboarding of patients to engagement, improvement, and results coming back to EHRs and care management platforms. Gaurav Narang, PhD, VP of Strategic Partnerships at Rx.Health, will also present results from its "Bulk Prescribing" platform to activate and onboard an entire cohort of patients to impact population health.
Health systems and payers struggle with the integration of DTx into their care team workflows. In the panel after the talk, Gaurav will share how Rx.Health partners with various DTx companies to support integration, implementation, and above all, connecting existing digital assets in organizations through disease-specific digital navigation programs (DNPs). Additionally, newer engagement channels such as telemedicine and secure messaging, are weaved into care team workflows using Rx.Health's unified DNP approach.
Recently, Rx.Health won the award for the impact of its DNP at American College of Radiology on reducing no-shows and improving procedure readiness and satisfaction with Radiology procedures at Yale New Haven. Based on high patient satisfaction and improved outcomes within a few months in patients prescribed DNPs at Yale New Haven, Rx.Health has now integrated a digital toolkit that spans DTx and DNPs across episodes of care.
Rx.Health will showcase its comprehensive toolkit at NODE.Health's 2019 Digital Medicine Conference from December 9-11 at the Microsoft Conference Center in New York's Times Square. "We were the recipient of the FITT Award for Top Evidence-Based Pilot at 2017 conference and we continue to show strong evidence for not only prescription of digital therapeutics but also for digital navigation supporting procedures, surgeries and transition of care for providers, payers and payviders," says Dr. Narang.
