Corporate Whistleblower Center Urges a MD to Call them About What Could Be Big Rewards if They Have Proof a Hospital is Paying Referral Fees to Physicians in Violation of the Stark Anti-Kickback Laws

The Corporate Whistleblower Center is declaring open season on hospitals involved in Stark Anti-Kickbacks-nationwide. Until Congress criminalizes healthcare kickbacks-there is a lot of money to be made in exposing this type of wrongdoing.

"If you are a bored billionaire and you want to run on for the Senate we could make you a taxpayer rock star-we have the ability to create a pipeline of high profile-high profit whistleblower cases."

WASHINGTON, DC, December 18, 2019 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are urging a MD to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if they have proof a hospital is paying kickbacks to doctors for surgical procedures, admissions or for unnecessary medical treatments because the rewards for this type of information can be breathtaking. In a recent example a whistleblower received $5.8 million dollars for this type of specific information. We know Christmas only comes once a year-but when it comes to healthcare companies gouging Medicare or Medicaid it's Christmas every day of the year.

"If the US Congress would embrace Stark Act Laws that came with jail time for the offenders, we are certain Stark Act Anti-Kickback Law violations would stop almost instantly. Unfortunately, the US Congress and Washington, DC are so corrupt it is unlikely this will ever happen. If you are a bored billionaire and you want to run on for the US Senate we could make you a taxpayer rock star-because we have the ability to create a pipeline of high profile-high profit whistleblower cases as we would be happy to discuss at 866-714-6466." https://CorporateWhistleblower.Com

In November 2019 the US Department of Justice announced a hospital system and a group of cardiovascular surgeons agreed to pay $46 million dollars to resolve allegations they submitted slightly tainted bills to the Medicare program. One of the allegations that Medicare paid inflated prices for the medical treatments/surgeries, allegedly they also billed Medicare more than once for the same procedure, and the hospital gave the medical doctor (friends) great deals on rent and additional other goodies. No one went to jail.

According to the Corporate Whistleblower Center, "If you are a medical doctor, a healthcare manager or any type of employee with proof your employer involved in Stark Act Anti-Kickback Laws and Medicare is getting bilked---please call us anytime at 866-714-6466 and let's have a confidential conversation of the reward potential of your information. Why sit on a potentially winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth?" https://CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a major whistleblower. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It's a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower's information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company or individual to come clean stark on anti-kickback laws or overbilling Medicare. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it's sufficient, we will help find the right law firms to assist in advancing your information."

The Corporate Whistleblower Center is the premier advocate for whistleblowers in the United States. Unlike any group in the US, they can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging their information and providing the whistleblower with access to some of the most accomplished whistleblower attorneys in the nation.
