Method 1: Unlock iPhone without Passcode by using iTunes

If you recently synced your iPhone with iTunes before you forgot your password, you can use iTunes to remove your iPhone screen lock password. After unlocking iPhone successfully, you can restore your apps and data from an iTunes backup. Let's teach you how to restore iPhone to its factory settings and erase all data, settings and the passcode.

Step 1.On your computer, start iTunes and connect your iPhone using a USB cable.
