At United Hearing Healthcare, our patients come first. Always.
With almost four decades of experience behind us, our team at United Hearing Healthcare has the irreplaceable knowledge and hands-on training that transcends the power of modern technology. By utilizing the best practices of the past 40 years and keeping with the invaluable technological advancements available in this modern age, we are able to meet the needs of our patients in unprecedented ways.
Through years of observation and patient interaction, we have heard many of your needs and concerns. By providing a viable leasing option for our patients as well as creating an opportunity for virtual care, we aim to make your hearing experience as straight forward and convenient as possible!
About United Hearing Healthcare's Current Care Options:
Hearing healthcare is essential healthcare. Now more than ever, the contribution of quality hearing to the chain of communication is vital! To accommodate the health and safety of our patients, we have taken several precautions to make hearing healthcare as convenient as possible.
Firstly, we have switched to "appointment only" availability so that other patients are not walking into the building during your time. We have extended or appointment time to allow for extra time for full sanitation, and so that patients will not be waiting in the lobby for their appointment time at the end of your own. We are still offering our in-home services, but only for very special circumstances.
Secondly, we are servicing and repairing hearing aids at no charge to be sure people are getting the help that they need. We are offering this via curbside service, so there is no need to even leave the safety of your vehicle. Simply call us to set an appointment, and when you arrive for your appointment time call the office and we will come out to you to retrieve your devices!
We also have the ability to offer video appointments to talk patients through issues and concerns. Some of the devices we offer can even be programmed via our Virtual Care app on your smartphone! If, however, the Virtual Care adjustment is not an option, and we can repair the hearing aids in our office, there will be no charge.
* In addition, we are offering to mail one free package of hearing aid batteries to your home so that you are not left without power during this time. To take advantage of this offer, you will need to provide your name and address to us to enable shipping capability. There is a restriction of one package per household so that we can help all who are in need! For battery sizes available, we have 312's (brown sticker), 13's (orange sticker), and 10's (yellow sticker) all ready to ship to you! One package should last an average of 1-2 months, depending on the battery size and usage. Contact United Hearing Healthcare through the website, unitedhearinghealthcare.com or call at 208-229-3238.
