Rick Cottrell Delivers Special Presentation at Enterprise University

    ST. Cottrell discussed how well managed businesses can survive during any type of crisis, similar to what the world is currently facing. He addressed how leadership can prepare their companies to bounce back and thrive once business returns to normality.

The four levels include "The Big L" or leadership where the owner and his or her team must be properly prioritized to focus on next level growth. It also includes having the right people in the right seats, avoiding the temptation to hire or designate people to fill critical functions based on subjective criteria, including "gut feel." Cottrell said 90% of these mistakes can be avoided by simply having a proven, well rounded personnel assessment strategy in place-saving both time and money.

Cottrell said the 4 levels also include an actionable Business Intelligence plan to make proper decisions and avoid guesswork. He said successful companies use hard data and real numbers as opposed to those who simple utilize dreams and wishes. And a solid platform or business operating system is also a necessity.
