We made the right choice when we hired Justin Owen and Department of Doody. ---Jennifer Knittel, Administrator Ft Worth Design District
FORT WORTH, TX, June 02, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Department of Doody may sound like the name of a new first-person shooter X-box game, but it's not. It's really the clever name of a family-owned business created by entrepreneur Justin Owen.
Department of Doody is a dog poop pick up service that serves both residential and commercial clients in Dallas, Fort Worth and Austin, Texas. Owen created the business to build a legacy that one day will pass to his children.
The entrepreneur has achieved remarkable growth because of his focus on customer service. "I am consistent in the day that I come and even send pictures of the latched gate to my clients who have dogs in the yard," said Owen.
"We are super happy to have Fort Worth Design District's Golden Triangle Dog Park as a client," said Owen, who attracted ten clients during his first year and now has more than 100 clients for his dog poop pick up services. "It's the only business park I know of that has a public dog park with dedicated play areas for big and small dogs right on the premises," said Owen.
"We made the right choice when we hired Department of Doody and Justin Owen," said Fort Worth Design District Administrator Jennifer Knittel. "He's terrific," she added.
The 40-acre Fort Worth Design District is a shopping and business district anchored by three new business centers: Box Office Warehouse Suites, Golden Triangle Business Park, and Paddock Place Office Suites.
In addition, the district is home to the Snap and Share Art Walk with many prize-winning graffiti murals by national artists and a series of banner size art posters for participants to photo themselves in. The favorite for most is "Love Locks", an exhibit with a place for lovers to pose and place a lock as a love token.
Box Office Warehouse Suites is a business park made entirely of repurposed shipping containers that is anchored by Salon and Spa Galleria, a salon suite rental chain. Paddock Place Office Suites offers small office space for lease in a beautifully renovated horse paddock. The space features more than a dozen small private office spaces for lease that are ideal for entrepreneurs.
The Golden Triangle Business Park is a traditional business park with spaces available from less than 1000 square feet to more than 25,000 square feet. To enquire about commercial space for lease, contact Jim Eaton at (817) 439-3224.
