After graduating from Occidental College in Los Angeles, Dr. Evans enrolled in St. Louis University School of Medicine where he received his Medical Degree in 1976, graduating summa cum laude. He then went on to compete a Family Practice residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri, where he was chief resident.

Currently, Dr. Evans serves patients at BayCare in St. Petersburg, Florida, a role that he takes pride in. Over the course of his career, Dr. Evans has always maintained the level of his patients' care as his main priority and focus.
