CBD Sparkling Water Company Infuzed Brands Lands $8.6 Million in Reg A+ Funding Round

    LOS ANGELES, CA, June 18, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- CBD sparkling water company Infuzed Brands has raised $8.6 Million USD in Reg A+ funding from a strategic investment partner, it announced today. The investment comes from a private family office with international real estate holdings and vast experience with consumer packaged goods.

The strategic investment comes through a recently-launched Reg A+ funding round. This new funding round follows a successful Reg D round wherein the company raised approximately $2M privately among a group of private, accredited investors. The Reg A+ offering is open to the general public and not just accredited investors.
