HUDSON, NY, July 19, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Our patients come to us because they are in search of an alternative treatment for their pain that doesn't require surgery or medications. While we have many treatment options available, we are excited to add MLS laser therapy to the list. MLS laser therapy or (Multiwave Locked System) utilizes both high powered and low powered laser treatments to relieve pain without causing any damage to the skin from heat. This kind of laser therapy can give our patients who suffer from inflammatory conditions such as knee and back pain, muscle pain, bursitis or tendonitis, the relief they need to enjoy everyday activities.
Class 3B lasers are not new, in fact they have been around for a while, however, with the development of the MLS laser, we are now able to get results without the side affects normally presented at the higher wavelengths. The laser uses wavelengths between 820-840 nanometers to go deep into the tissue, decreasing swelling and increasing cellular growth, rejuvenation, and increasing nerve function. The laser not only gives patients who suffer from pain great relief, it can also have an effect on the adrenal system by releasing endorphins, avoiding the need for harmful medications.
Though MLS laser therapy is a wonderful new option for our patients looking for natural pain relief, we do offer other highly effective alternative treatments.
Other Services KB Chiropractic Provides:
We want to see our patients happy, healthy, and living a pain free lifestyle, that is why we offer many different options for natural pain relief through chiropractic care as well as regenerative treatments.
Chiropractic care uses gentle manipulation of the spine to align the body and improve core functionality. Every day our bodies face stress and strain. Chiropractic adjustments help keep the body aligned and reduce inflammation helping to keep the nervous system healthy and functioning at an optimal level.
For those who suffer from chronic pain or damage our regenerative cell treatments can offer long lasting results without medications or surgical procedures. Regenerative cell therapy utilizes the body's natural ability to heal itself from tissue and organ damage. By using mesenchymal cells which are new, young and healthy cells found in Wharton's Jelly, the cells encourage faster and more efficient healing to the affected area. Wharton's Jelly is found in umbilical allografts from new born babies from C-section births. This is obtained from credible tissue banks that conduct safe procedures on both mother and child.
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is also used to encourage the body's natural healing process by utilizing the patient's own cells. These cells are collected through a small blood sample and spun through a centrifuge to create a serum full of restorative platelets and growth factors. Once the platelets are injected into the injured area, regeneration and healing will rapidly begin.
