Swetech Medical Center Welcomes Ashley Stier, Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, to the Practice

    CLINTON TOWNSHIP, MI, September 08, 2020 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Swetech Medical Center, a family medicine center located in Southeastern Michigan, is excited to announce that certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Ashley Stier, has joined the practice.

Ms. Stier completed her family medicine practicum rotations with Dr. Jonathan Swetech in 2019 and officially joined the Swetech Family Medicine Team in 2020. Ms. Stier graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and from South University with a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Family Medicine.

"I am very excited to officially welcome Ms. Stier to Swetech Medical Center," stated Dr. Jonathan Swetech, managing physician at Swetech Medical Center. "Ashley's dedication and compassion for her patients is an asset to our growing practice."

Ms. Stier's nursing experience includes Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, Rapid Response Team (providing emergency medical services throughout the hospital), unit wound care representative, and Preceptor to both CICU and RRT roles. Ms. Stier is a member of her local Fire Department where she has been providing emergency medical services to community residents for over 13 years.

Ms. Stier is a two-time recipient of the Eagle Eye Award for recognizing a patient safety concern and preventing patient harm by speaking up. She is also a two-time nominee for the individual Daisy Award and a one-time nominee for the Team Daisy Award for providing extraordinary compassionate care.
