Kathy Banks grew up in Paintsville and will be based at the Paintsville office of Morgan, Collins, Yeast & Salyer. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Morehead State University in 2004 and graduated Magna Cum Laude and second in her class from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University.
She is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Floyd County Bar Association, and the Workers' Compensation Law Section.
