At an event held at the company's base, at Boatshed Number One, Little St, Forster in NSW, the Putland's introduced the family to a select group of guests and well-wishers. Attendees were assured of the family's commitment to continuing the long-standing traditions of hospitality and service that Forster Luxury Houseboats is renowned for.

Typical of family-owned and operated ventures, guests can expect to be treated as family – with warm and highly-personalized service. The Putland-family are a house-proud family.
