Ms. René Murata has been honored with the International Women's Leadership Award by the International Association of Who's Who

CEO Essence is dedicated to helping women find joy within the working environment, while at the same time making an impact through feminine leadership. Ms. Murata's extensive education and life experiences has provided her with the skills to support the growth of female businesswomen from all walks of life. Ms. Murata secured both a BA in Applied Physics and a BS in Applied Mathematics from Southern Oregon University. In addition, she holds a Master of Business in Global Enterprise Management from Jones International University.

The inspiration and motivation for CEO Essence came from a discussion around her first business, RISK, as she had a desire to help other women personally and professionally while at the same time utilizing her experience and achievements in both her business and private life. Ms. Murata has experienced first-hand the difficulties of working in a male dominated industry, so many of her clients seek guidance in this field as she has carved distinct success for herself. Throughout her career she has always been keen to observe what actions have worked, what have not, and learn why they have gone a certain way for self-improvement, thus bringing her closer to her business goals. The name 'CEO Essence' is derived from the belief that true leadership comes from a balance of our integrated masculine and feminine energies.

Ms. Murata passionately believes that women are incredibly capable of executing strong and effective business strategies, while also embracing their intuition and emotions.
