The jump-passionate brand welcomes Amy Phillips as its Executive Vice President and Head of Brand Experience as well as Robert Morris as Senior Director of Operations.
Prior to joining the Altitude Trampoline Park team, Phillips held a number of dynamic marketing roles where she developed new brand concepts and executed multi-million-dollar campaigns to build successful programs. Phillips' repertoire includes positions with Pepsi, Dave & Buster's, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Drive Shack. During her tenure with Main Event Entertainment, she was voted American Marketing Association's Marketer of the Year based on campaign creativity and outperforming revenue benchmarks year-over-year.
"Altitude Trampoline Park's reputation in the industry and the prospect of showcasing them to the marketplace in a new way fuels me with a newfound energy," said Phillips. Morris joins Altitude Trampoline Park from Dezerland Park, where he served as Executive Senior Director of Operations, Marketing and Sales all the attractions across their parks.

Prior to his position at Dezerland Park, Morris served as a National Director with Andretti Indoor Karting and Games, Drive Shack & Kings Dining & Entertainment where he developed and executed company-wide programs, procurement and leadership for the brands with innovation and being of guest focus.
In their new positions, Morris and Phillips will report to CEO Mike Rotondo.
The brand is looking forward to making advancements and developments in the industry alongside with their franchisees to ensure a successful business venture.
