Ben joined the firm as an associate attorney in its business litigation and non-compete/trade secrets practice areas. He assists clients in a variety of business disputes involving employment, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and other business matters.

Ben is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law (cum laude), where he was a Managerial Board Member of the Georgia Law Review. While in law school, Ben was a judicial intern for The Honorable Eleanor L. Ross in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Ben also completed an internship with the Metro Atlanta Business Case Division of the Superior Court of Fulton County. Prior to joining as an associate, Ben was a Law Clerk in Berman Fink Van Horn's summer clerkship program.
